Athina Luxury Villas is a small complex of three independent luxury villas, situated on a small hill in Ksamoudochori, in Chania, in West Crete, overlooking the ocean.
Eeach villa is a maisonette made of wood and stone of about 115 sq.m., with its own private pool surrounded by huge lavish gardens and garden furniture, accommodating up to 4, 5 or 7 persons.
The villas are built on a plot of 8.000 sq.m. covered with really impressive gardens and lawn that are kept in immaculate condition, a playground, a large wooden gazebo, wooden benches for pic-nics and a nice stone barbecue.

Villa Kissos and Villa Myrtia are comfortable two-storey houses of about 110 sq.m., with large verandas, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed (either queen or kingsize) covered by a beautiful mosquito curtain, a bedroom with two single beds and one attic with a twin bed while there are two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bathtub and another one with a shower. Each villa accommodates up to 5 or 7 persons, as it also has comfortalbe sofas in the living room that can serve as twin beds.
On the groundfloor, there is the kitchen which is fully equipped and there is a dining table for six as well as cozy sofas in front of the fireplace. The villa is air-conditioned, centrally-heated, equipped with satellite TV, cd-player, dvd-player, PC with internet access, isdn telephone line, fax machine etc.
All bathrooms are equipped with towels, bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries. There is also a hair-dryer and a whirlpool bathtub.
Both villas have really large verandas on both floors, for you to enjoy your view while sitting on the comfortable sofas and bamboo chairs.

Villa Rodia, which is a brand new and absolutely unique property of about 115 sq.m., accommodates up to 4 guests as it consists of two double bedrooms, one with a four-posted kingsize bed and another one with a queen bed. The villa is also a maisonette, with a large living room on the groundfloor, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room, while on the first floor there is a walk-in closet, the bathroom with the jacuzzi bathtub, the master bedroom, followed by the second bedroom on the second floor.
Villa Rodia is a trully impressive property that has been selected by many young couples who wished to spend their honeymoon in a trully romantic atmosphere.

Room service is offered on request, serving rich home-made breakfast, cocktails by the pool or home-made local specialties for lunch or dinner.
Daily maid service is included in weekly rates, while luxury embroidered linen and towels are changed daily.
There is massage service available on request while there is also a beautiful marble hammam on site offering aromatherapy sessions.
